IT was my first time attending a client meeting physically and of course I was nervous for it. The night before, the team did a mock-up the meeting so we could be better prepared. On the meeting day, we arrived early at the client's office and took our time to get into the headspace. During the meeting, Danny, our sales manager appeared comfortable when introducing the team to the clients. While our founder, YONGL communicated the services we offer confidently and tried to understand the needs of the clients. It was a pleasant experience to be in a client meeting and I learnt a lot about what it takes to show up at a client meeting - most importantly listen and communicate clearly and confidently.
