2020 – SELANGOR PROPERTIES SDN BHD

🏡 A low-density, endearing little town that bridges the modernity of the present and mellowness of the past.

The Stories of Taman Tunku, which is in Bukit Tunku, is like a peaceful taman that is seperated from the rest of the world. You can find your way there by listening to the urbane locals talk as they stroll through shops and enjoy an afternoon coffee. Here, you will indulge yourself in the richness of family-motivated neighbourhoods, apartments, cafes, boutiques, bakeries, dining areas and so on.

This is our first time working with SPB and we are thrilled. We were invited to pitch this project back around December 2019. Upon receiving the greenlight in January 2020, we were hit by the pandemic about a month later.

A set of photographs captured, edited, and delivered within a single week showcase the renovated bare units that are available for rent. The aesthetics of this property are recorded in various lights to accent its minimalist, rustic vibe as best as it can be communicated in photographs.
