Photo Production

This photography expedition, completed within a single week, showcases a client’s office building complete with newly renovated toilets to be featured on their website. As the existing tenant moves out due to their business shutting down, the sales team requires an exhibit to find new tenants.

Creative Imaging

Despite the tenant moving out, the interior continues to display remnants of the previous tenant’s arrangements. Our team made use of digital techniques to professionally remove the unwanted elements of a photograph to make for a polished display.

Selangor Properties Berhad has opted to return to us for further services based on the outstanding completion in the past 2 years. This time we were invited to capture the entire building exterior and office floors that they are planning to rent out.

🚧 When SPB renovates Menara Milenium's interiors to catch up with the modern buildings surround it.

It's hard to deny that most offices will soon have a fresher and more modern look. Based on the success of our previous photo productions in the past two years, our team has been asked to capture some renovated office floors for rent, and illustrating the beauty of the building's exterior as SPB's marketing materials.

This building is partially renovated; but only renovated units are available for sale. These photographs were carefully crafted with the best views of the building in its entirety to attract potential tenants. These images were captured with the objective to be used for advertising across various platforms; physical and digital.

The unique architecture and class of this building deserves its own spotlight that is not overshadowed by its surroundings. To give its structural beauty justice, we used our creative imaging skills to reimagine Menara Milenium as to how it would have appeared years ago before contemporary buildings rose around it.
